Fallow Strap Co. offers free UK and free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Delivery times depend on whether the item is currently in stock or is identified as a special-order item. Availability and estimated dispatch information will be shown on the relevant product page.
Free UK delivery
UK delivery is free on all orders.
Items that are in stock are normally dispatched within two working days after the order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured while in transit. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Royal Mail Special Delivery normally arrives on the next working day after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery time and does not include our processing and dispatch period.
Free worldwide delivery
Worldwide delivery is free on all orders.
International orders for items that are in stock are normally dispatched within two working days after the order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked or another suitable tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, local postal services and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Special-order and out-of-stock items
Some products may be available as special-order items rather than being held in stock.
Where an item is marked as a special order or is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take up to four weeks. This allows time for the item to be obtained from the relevant supplier before it is sent to you.
Any longer expected lead time will be shown on the product page or communicated to you before dispatch.
If an order contains both in-stock and special-order products, the order may be held until all items are available. Please contact us before ordering if you would prefer available items to be dispatched separately.
Working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied during checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the dispatch confirmation has been issued.
Customs charges
Although worldwide shipping is free, international customers may still be required to pay import duties, customs fees or local taxes when the order reaches its destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Fallow Strap Co. does not control or collect these charges unless they are expressly included at checkout.
Delayed or missing deliveries
Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking information has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@fallowstrap.com.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We may be unable to amend the delivery address once the order has been processed or dispatched.
