These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you visit fallowstrap.com, place an order or purchase goods from Fallow Strap Co.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About us
This website is operated by Fallow Strap Co., an independent UK retailer specialising in watch straps, bracelets, buckles and watch accessories.

2. Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in a way that may damage, disable, overload or impair its operation, security or availability.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts, systems, servers or information connected with the website.
We may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or the protection of our business and customers.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices and availability information are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, manufacturing differences and the screen or device used to view the website.
Customers are responsible for checking product measurements, lug width, buckle width, compatibility and other relevant information before ordering.
Please contact us before placing an order if you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your watch.
4. Genuine and compatible products
Our website may include genuine manufacturer products and compatible aftermarket products.
Each product listing will state whether the item is described as genuine, original, aftermarket or compatible.
References to watch manufacturers, trademarks, model names and model numbers are used to identify products or compatibility.
Fallow Strap Co. is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any watch manufacturer unless this is expressly stated on the relevant product page.
5. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.
Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before the order is submitted.
International customers may also be required to pay local import duties, customs fees or taxes. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are not collected by Fallow Strap Co. and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
6. Errors in pricing or product information
Although we take reasonable care, an obvious error may occasionally appear in a product description, price, delivery charge or availability status.
If we identify an error before accepting or dispatching your order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed using the correct information or cancel the order for a full refund.
We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the pricing error could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.
7. Placing an order
You may place an order by selecting a product, adding it to your basket, entering the requested information and completing checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during checkout is complete and accurate, including your email address, delivery address and selected product variation.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated confirmation email acknowledging that the order has been received.
An acknowledgement email does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
8. Order acceptance
A contract for the purchase of goods is formed when we accept your order. Acceptance will normally occur when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- The price or product information contains an obvious error
- We cannot deliver to the address supplied
- The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
- A purchase limit or other reasonable restriction applies
- We are legally unable to complete the transaction
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, the amount paid will be refunded.
9. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Payment information is processed by Shopify and the relevant payment provider. We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with the order.
10. Stock availability
Products shown as in stock are normally available for dispatch, but stock records may occasionally contain errors or change because of simultaneous orders.
Some products are supplied as special-order items or may temporarily be out of stock.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you with the available options. These may include waiting for the item, selecting an alternative product or receiving a refund.
11. Special-order items
Products described as special order or out of stock may take up to four weeks to become available for dispatch, unless another lead time is shown on the product page.
A product is not automatically excluded from cancellation or return merely because it was obtained as a special order.
Statutory cancellation rights may be restricted where a product has been made to the customer's specification, personalised, customised or altered at the customer's request.
12. Delivery
In-stock products are normally dispatched within two working days after the order has been successfully placed and paid for.
UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are insured while in transit.
International orders are normally sent using Royal Mail International Tracked or another suitable tracked service.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur because of postal disruption, adverse weather, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Delivery address
Orders will be sent to the delivery address supplied during checkout.
Please contact us immediately if you identify an error. We may be unable to change the address once the order has been processed or dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information supplied by the customer, although we will take reasonable steps to assist.
14. Risk and ownership
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.
15. Cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Consumers purchasing online generally have a legal right to cancel eligible orders within the statutory cancellation period. We extend our standard returns period to 30 days for eligible unused products.
16. Returns and refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the requirements stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Change-of-mind returns must normally be unused, unworn, undamaged and complete with their original packaging, labels and accessories.
Customers are responsible for the cost of change-of-mind return postage and must use a tracked and appropriately insured service.

17. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their normal or stated purpose and match their description.
Please contact us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly described or different from the item ordered.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction.
Where legally required, Fallow Strap Co. will bear or reimburse reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
18. Product fitting
Watch straps, bracelets, clasps, buckles and related components must be fitted carefully and correctly.
Where specialist tools, knowledge or adjustment are required, we recommend using a competent watchmaker, jeweller or repair professional.
Fallow Strap Co. is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting, unsuitable tools, excessive force, modification, misuse or fitting a product to an incompatible watch.
This does not affect liability for a product that was faulty, incorrectly described or unsuitable despite being expressly confirmed by us as compatible.
19. Manufacturer warranties
Some products may be supplied with a manufacturer's warranty. Any applicable warranty information will be provided with the product or shown on the product page.
A manufacturer's warranty is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
20. Our responsibility to consumers
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of statutory consumer rights
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded
21. Business customers
If you purchase goods wholly or mainly for business purposes, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or indirect business loss.
Any liability to a business customer will be limited to the purchase price of the relevant goods, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
22. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include postal disruption, supplier delays, customs delays, severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, system failures, government restrictions or other exceptional events.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay and keep affected customers informed where appropriate.
23. Intellectual property
The website design, written content, graphics, photographs and other materials owned or licensed by Fallow Strap Co. are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, commercially exploit or modify our content without permission.
Third-party product names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
24. Reviews and submitted content
Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.
You must not submit content that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, obscene or unlawful.
We may remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, including where it breaches these terms or applicable law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
31. Governing law
These terms and any contract between you and Fallow Strap Co. are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections and rights available under the law applicable to them.
Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
