Are your watch straps genuine?

We sell a mixture of genuine manufacturer products and compatible aftermarket products.

Each product page will clearly state whether the item is genuine, original, aftermarket or compatible. Please check the product description before ordering.

What does compatible mean?

A compatible product is designed to fit a particular watch, model or size, but is not manufactured by the original watch brand.

Compatible and aftermarket products will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.

Is Fallow Strap Co. affiliated with the watch brands shown?

No. Fallow Strap Co. is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any watch manufacturer unless expressly stated.

Brand names, model names and model numbers are used only to identify products and indicate compatibility.

How do I know whether a strap will fit my watch?

Check the product page for the lug width, buckle width, strap length, manufacturer part number and compatible watch models.

Compatibility can vary between watches that appear similar, so please do not rely only on the appearance of the strap.

If you are uncertain, email info@fallowstrap.com before ordering. Include your watch model number and photographs where possible.

How do I measure the lug width?

The lug width is the distance between the two lugs where the strap attaches to the watch case.

Measure the internal gap between the lugs in millimetres. Common sizes include 18 mm, 20 mm, 21 mm and 22 mm.

For the most accurate result, use a ruler with millimetre markings or a digital calliper.

Are spring bars included?

Spring bars are only included where this is stated in the product description.

If the listing does not mention spring bars, assume they are not included.

Does the buckle or clasp come with the strap?

The product description will state whether a buckle, clasp or deployment fitting is included.

Some straps are supplied without a buckle or clasp because they are designed to reuse the original fitting from the watch.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free UK and free worldwide shipping on all orders.

International customers may still be responsible for local import duties, customs charges or taxes.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Items that are in stock are normally dispatched within two working days after payment has been successfully received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

How are UK orders sent?

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured while in transit.

Tracking details will be sent after the order has been dispatched.

How are international orders sent?

International orders are normally sent using Royal Mail International Tracked or another suitable tracked delivery service.

Delivery times depend on the destination country, local postal services and customs processing.

What is a special-order item?

A special-order item is a product that is not currently held in stock and must be obtained from a supplier after the order is placed.

Special-order and out-of-stock items may take up to four weeks before they are ready for dispatch.

The relevant availability or lead-time information will be shown on the product page.

Can I order an item that is out of stock?

Some out-of-stock products may still be available as special-order items. Where this option is available, the expected dispatch time will be shown on the product page.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order has been dispatched.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with its original packaging, labels and accessories.

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Returns must be sent using a tracked and appropriately insured service.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs where legally required.

Can I return a strap after fitting it?

A strap that has been fitted, worn, marked, creased, scratched, altered or damaged may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Please check the size and compatibility before fitting the product.

What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

Email info@fallowstrap.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.

Please contact us before returning the item.

Can I cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will try to cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, it may need to be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not operate an automatic exchange service.

The quickest method is normally to return the eligible item and place a new order for the correct product.

How long do refunds take?

Once a return is received, it will be inspected and we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Do international orders include customs charges?

Free worldwide shipping does not necessarily include import duties, customs fees or local taxes.

These charges are set by the destination country's authorities and are normally the responsibility of the recipient.
